Ladies, after undergoing breast cancer surgery, there are some exercises you should do every day. Two of them are exercises for the shoulder joint and body flexibility. Here are the steps, as quoted from cancer.org.
The first exercise is helpful to train your shoulder joint flexibility. First, sit in a chair that bare hard. Sit upright and facing straight ahead view.
Then, place the palm of your hand against the chair, so that your elbows form an angle of 120 degrees.
Then, move your elbows backward. Make sure that your shoulders remain straight and not up to par with the ears up.
Once you feel a tug on your body, go back to the original position. Perform the movement as much as five to seven times each day.
The second exercise serves to increase the movement of your upper body.
First, sit upright on a hard chair that base. Then, put your hands clasped, and put it in front of the knee.
After that, move your hands gently clasped over his head. Remember, you should do it slowly, especially in 3 to 7 days after surgery.
Once your hands are above your head, move your body to the right. After that, return to the starting position and change your body move into left. You are advised to train your upper body as much as 5 to 7 times a day.
